Confidence coaching is a powerful way to change your mindset to improve your emotional and mental well-being. You learn how to think and behave in a new way which will help you improve your confidence and self esteem on a professional or personal level.

My passion is helping people to be the very best versions of themselves – to show up, bursting with self confidence and belief so they can take the action that they need to achieve their goals with speed and ease. I love the power of coaching as a way to make this happen.
I have been studying the power of the mind for the last 10 years and I am a Masters NLP Practitioner, Certified as a Life and Confidence Coach and Cognitive Hypnotherapist.
I only offer one-on-one coaching, as I believe this is the most powerful way of keeping you focused and effecting change so you can get unstuck by identifying specific action steps for moving forward and you can choose for yourself what it is you would like to work towards and where you want to be.

During a coaching programme, we would work together to:
Define your Vision for Confidence and Success
Help you set and achieve solution-focused goals stretching you beyond your usual way of thinking so you get really clear on what you want from your life. Many clients do not know exactly what their goal is. They might know what they don’t want, and part of the coaching process is to define your desired destination.
During your sessions, you will think about things in a new way; this could include yourself, your friendships and relationships, events and situations, as well as beliefs that may have been holding you back.
Identify any limiting beliefs or behaviours.
Review where you are now, what you’ve tried before and what barriers have been there previously. Delve deeper into any limiting beliefs to equip you with the tools to overcome them in the future.
I will help you recognize patterns, beliefs, and the language that you are using which will give indications as to possible areas to work on.
Discuss and Plan Your Options for Action
We want to ultimately achieve a transformation of some kind. So after agreeing areas you would like to focus on we would agree on an action plan to make it happen.
You will need to step up and take action to achieve your goals, not focused on what has gone on before but on the future that you desire. You will need to hold yourself accountable, and commit to following through on any actions you agree to in the session.
How Is this Different To Life Coaching or Therapy?
I specialise in Confidence Coaching but I am also a trained Mindset Coach, sometimes known as a NLP Coach, and am skilled in using Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques, Positive Psychology, Time Line Reprocessing and CBT, as well as more traditional Hypnosis; these are additional skills from a more traditional Life Coach.
Coaching and NLP are not often combined together. However I find it is often NLP tools that can make a coaching session so powerful for my clients as NLP gives us the tools to look deeper into what is blocking you from achieving your goals.
Mindset and Confidence Coaching will give you the tools to help you uncover what the beliefs, blocks, behaviours, habits and patterns of thinking are that are preventing you from being self confident and living your best life. Helping you to change any misalignment with what your conscious mind believes is good for you and the unconscious ways of behaving and beliefs that drive your way of performing which are happening in the background, replacing them with ones that will better serve you better in the future.
Examples might be: "I'm not good enough", "I've failed before," "I'm not confident"
Confidence Coaching is not Therapy and if I believe a separate therapy session would be of benefit, where we may explore a deeper issue which is holding you back, I will discuss this with you and let you know beforehand so you can decide if you are happy to go ahead. This can bring faster results, more significant transformation and lasting success.
Working with someone who is both a Coach and Therapist could make all the difference for your journey. However ethically if you hire me to be purely your Coach, I will not give therapeutic guidance and sessions will consist exclusively of coaching without any therapy at all.
Will Confidence Coaching Work For Me?
Coaching requires honesty and commitment from both parties. You'll have to be willing to explore new perspectives that might not feel comfortable at first.
Confidence & Mindset Coaching will be successful if:

You feel stuck and want to have some new goals to move forwards.
You know your thoughts are stopping you achieving your goals.
You know it's time to stop dreaming and time to take the action.
You want to discover your purpose and get complete clarity about what you want for the rest of your life.
The coaching process is different for everyone. Some people may need to have only a couple of sessions to get on track, but most will want to work with their coach over a period of weeks or even months. The length of time will depend on your goals and the process that seems right for you.
I offer 3 and 6 session packages, with the option to continue longer term.
I work on both personal and professional type goals. We may need to break down your long-term goals and show you how to tackle them in a way that is realistic enough for success.
Goals can range from achieving specific career aspirations, to feeling more self confident in relationships but the first step is always identifying what it is that YOU want professionally and personally.
Confidentiality is very important and all information in sessions are considered strictly confidential, unless there has been an identified threat to yourself or others
I have a Masters in NLP and am have Confidence, NLP and Life Coaching Certifications.
I always like to have a conversation with clients before we start work so they can ask their questions and find out more about the way I work.
This is normally a telephone call but we can do this via Zoom if you would prefer.
