  • Identify and Transform any limiting beliefs and thought patterns

    Review what barriers you may have created previously and learn to recognise your thought patterns, beliefs, and the language you are using.

    Your thoughts are often just a story you are telling yourself; learn to de-personalise them, interrupt the pattern and revalue the thought objectively so you can stop criticising yourself and get out of your own way.   

    Delve deeper into any limiting beliefs, self doubt or judgement and acquire new empowering beliefs.

    Learn new tools to help you quickly control any stress or anxiety so you are better equipped to manage new challenges in the future.

  • Define your Vision of Confidence and Transformation

    Help you stretch beyond your usual way of thinking so you get really clear on what's important to you and want from your life. We want to ultimately achieve a transformation of some kind. So after agreeing areas you would like to focus on we would agree on the goals and an action plan to empower you to make sure it happens.

    During your sessions, you may think about different areas of your life in a new way; this could include your friendships and relationships, events and situations, as well as any beliefs that may be holding you back.

    To achieve your transformation you will need to hold yourself accountable, and follow through on any actions you agree to in the session.

I have attended different types of therapy over the years but this was a first time for cognitive hypnotherapy. Jo is very considerate and caring but is very good at exploring your issues and she is able to offer a range of different treatments that suit you and your style. My treatments were initially for weight loss and insomnia, however Jo was more than happy to explore other issues that came to light. Is this Life Coaching or Therapy?

Confidence & Mindset Coach as well as Traditional Therapist

I am a Certified Confidence, Mindset and Life Coach, but also trained in advanced NLP techniques, CBT, Positive Psychology, as well as more traditional Hypnosis. These are additional skills you wont get from a more traditional Life Coach.

I have been studying the power of the mind for the last 10 years', and I find is often the NLP tools that can make coaching sessions so powerful allowing us to look deeper into what is blocking you from achieving the life you want.

My Mindset and Confidence Coaching Programme will give you both the tools and mindset to help you uncover what the beliefs, blocks, behaviours, habits and patterns of thinking are that are preventing you from being self confident and living your best life. Helping you to change any misalignment with what your conscious mind believes is good for you and the unconscious ways of behaving and beliefs that drive your way of performing which are happening in the background, replacing them with ones that will better serve you better in the future.

Examples might be: "I'm not good enough", "I've failed before," "I'm not confident."

This form of Transformational Coaching does not need to include Therapy per se, but if I believe a focused therapy session would be of benefit to you, where we may explore a deeper issue from the past,  I will discuss this with you and let you know so you can decide if you would like to go ahead. This can often bring significant transformation and lasting success.

Working with someone who is both a Coach and Therapist could make a real difference to your journey. However ethically if you want me to be purely a Coach, sessions will consist exclusively of coaching without any therapy at all.

How Long Will Your Coaching Programme Be?

My Mindset & Confidence Breakthrough Programme consists of  6 personalised one-to-one sessions.

1 x 90 minute initial session so we can find out your goals and put a plan into action plus 5 x 60 minute sessions

These are usually bi-weekly sessions. However the coaching process is different for everyone and we can adapt the process to suit your timetable.

Although the initial investment is for 6 sessions, there is the option to continue Coaching sessions on a monthly basis longer term if appropriate.

I work with you so you can feel calm, confident and have clarity in both your personal and professional life.

This is about changing you from the inside and will help  with aspirations from achieving specific career goals, to feeling more self confident in relationships but the first step is always identifying what it is that YOU want.

Is Coaching Confidential?

Confidentiality is very important and your personal information and session notes are strictly confidential. They will only be released if there is an identified threat to harm yourself or others.

I hold Confidence, NLP, CBT and Life Coaching Certifications. I am also a Master Practitioner of NLP, as well as fully qualified Cognitive Hypnotherapist.

Do You Offer A Free Consultation?

I always like to have a conversation with clients before we start work so they can ask their questions and find out more about the way I work.

This is normally a telephone call but we can do this via Zoom if you would prefer. Please book a time here.

What is the cost

For for a package of 6 sessions - 1 x 90 minutes plus 5 x 60 minutes

Online Sessions and in Ealing the investment is £499 for a package of 6 sessions. Any additional sessions will be £80.

In Central London the cost would be £810. Or if preferred we can undertake the initial 90 minute session face to face and the remaining 5 sessions via Zoom which will reduce the total investment to £599.
