Hypnobirthing often means that labour is significantly shorter. You are also less likely to need pain relief and less likely to have a delivery by forceps, ventouse, or cesarean section. During a course you will learn self-hypnosis, visualisation exercises as well as pain control techniques. The aim is to help manage pain with the minimum use of drugs. You will also receive free personalised hypnobirthing mp3s for you to listen to and benefit from.

I would love to hear from you
