You may experience claustrophobia on various levels and different people feel the anxiety in different ways. You may not feel comfortable in confined or small places. Some individuals experience panic and anxiety even at the idea about of being in a small space they believe will cause them to feel claustrophobic.
Fear of small spaces is a common phobia and at its most severe it is able to ruin someone’s life. The amount of circumstances in everyday life which can activate the issue is huge.
