Stop smoking hypnosis is the most effective way to give up smoking
Hypnosis for Smoking Cessation - 90.6% Success Rate
This Smoking Cessation Programme involving 43 patients resulted in 39 reporting remaining tobacco free at their follow-up appointment. This was between 6 months to 3 years after treatment.

Hypnosis Lead to 87% Abstaining From Tobacco
A study of 186 mixed male and female outpatients looked at the results of smoking cessation using hypnosis. After three months, 86% of the men and 87% of the women were still abstaining from using tobacco.

Patients 2 X More Likely To Remain Smoke Free using Hypnosis
This study looked at 71 smokers after 2 years. Those who had quit using hypnosis were twice as likely to remain abstinent compared to those who quit on their own.

Hypnosis 3X as Effective as Patch and 15X as Effective as Willpower.
This study aimed to have the biggest scientific comparison of different ways of breaking the habit. It combined results of over 600 studies including over 72,000 people comparing various methods of quitting.
Hypnosis was 3 X as effective as replacemnt using nicotine methods and 15 X as effective as quitting alone.

Ready to Stop?
